Pasquerilla Spiritual Center - Garden Room
Today, many of us have heard the news stories about bullying and how it impacts children in K-12 settings, students in college, and employees in the workplace. However, many of us are not aware of the relationship between bullying, prejudice, and discrimination, or the phenomenon better known as, bias-based bullying. Traditional anti-bullying programs often overlook this prevalent form of bullying that can cause long term social, emotional, and psychological damage. In this workshop, participants will learn about the prevalence and impact of bullying and bias-based bullying, and methods to address these negative behaviors as an active witness.
