Enhancing Excellence in Customer Service is an interactive workshop sponsored by the Community Diversity Group for business owners, managers, and employees who want to provide consistent, excellent service. Great service happens when you exceed someone's expectations. You retain customers based on the level of service and how you make your customers feel. Setting standards, cultivating the right attitude, and committing to doing the right thing all the time creates excellence.

Ask Yourself:

  • Are your employees running your customers away or drawing them in?

  • Are you concerned about teaching your employees how to treat others with respect?

  • Are you able to discuss the dimensions of diversity with your staff and meet the needs equitable for your customer base?

  • How do you address aspects of diverse cultures in the workplace?

  • How well do you deal with age, gender, sexual orientation, race, ability status, language, and cultural differences when it comes to internal and external customers?
